Bork Legacy, Generation 7.1!
This was, in ancient times, what was known as a pixel_trade Viking Death Squad legacy. I added ISBI and rainbow to the mix. Generation 5's spouse, Helle Bork (nee Almassy), is by raemia, and Frigg's fiancée, Fleur Simpson, is by kingmike1224.
Last time, I took several years to write an installment! (Sorta.) Frigg was revealed as the Generation 6 heir, and immediately decided she didn't actually want to study at university. Her LTW was nice and simple, become a Visionary. Despite her zero creativity skill. We started a spouse hunt for all the Gen 6 kids, because the reason why Thor adopted Blair was because of his second LTW...to marry off six kids. Syn ended up with Aeneas Dork, Hermóðr with the neighborhood burglar lady, Hretha with Helen Dork, and Blair with...Brodie Bork. It's okay, they both were adopted. Höðr, despite wooing at least two dormies, was forced to settled down with Adrestia Randolph.
Frigg ended up stealing Hermóðr's teenage sweetheart, Fleur Simpson, because Fleur was bi and Frigg needed an adorable lesbian bride. While Frigg and Blair were close, sometimes too close, friends...the older siblings continued their web of feuds: Syn vs Höðr, Hermóðr vs Hretha, Höðr vs Hermóðr, and Syn vs Everyone Pleasant to Höðr. Frigg spent her college years fleecing all the male admirers around her, gaining cash tips from them via busking and convincing them to write her term papers.
After a bizarre incident where the dorm cook set the kitchen on fire twice in less than 24 hours (and herself on fire the second time), Blair ended up flunking his last final. I smited the cook from space, Frigg graduated...which meant Blair had to drop out of Uni while the rest of the family got their diplomas, too.
Frigg rebraided her hair, and moved back to good ol' Willowmere...

Toddler Magni! He rolled puffy hair, so I gave him a cuter one and...I only have two pink toddler outfits for boys. So he's stuck being one of the doubled up one, with his more unique skintone.
I briefly contemplated just choosing one baby, since that already means five simultaneous toddlers at some point, but I am ever faithful to the random button.
I have never been happier to see confirmation that a sim was only having one baby!
It's another girl, she's got a slightly deeper than S3 skintone, Fleur's alien eyes, and brown hairs. Her name is Gná.
Back to the quads, Mímir finally gets to age.

And, while Frigg's off to grab Meili, an adult finally interacts with one of them! At least toddlers can follow them around and demand attention. Frigg hasn't slept in three days, and has had a bottomed fun bar the whole time.
OH SURE, FLEUR, YOU ARE BORED. You haven't been on the old baby need satisfaction rotation while in your third trimester. And Helle, the toilet is right behind you!
Meili ages up, finally. Like, FINALLY. That clock displays the game time. Magni aged up not too long after 6pm, and the last quad finally makes it to toddler at 1:25am.

Frigg's finally got some help with the kids, a little late, but it helps. The quads are like, six-eight months older than Gná, tops, when you think about it.
Frigg tried! Sigyn went for an empy, rotten bottle, then ignore the good fresh one to go watch fish!
I promise she had some milk, and didn't immediately go and eat crayons.

I laid down two extra blankets in the kiddie room with the activity table, and an extra in the nursery in a panic after the quads were born, so I had six baby zones.
I only needed five, so we're back down to three in the nursery. Which is better for routing.
Toddler spam is coming in the form of shots of the uncontrollables finally being responsible adults.
I've never had the setup where I had a heavily pregnant sim be the sole caretaker for baby quads, and it's the hardest iteration of multiples I had to do.
On the bright side, the adults were all in relatively good moods and would change diapers and give bottles any time they were asked.
...even if it was something they were afraid of.
But, I have to admit, I was amused that getting the one diaper out of the way meant that Fleur had no problem changing more diapers after that, LOL.
And Thor's an awesome grandpa to ages above infant, too!
I felt a little bad that the popups came, but it's hard to keep track of all the bottle-nibblers! I can't have Frigg call them to meal!
Fleur finally touches an infant again...this may have been the first time she held Gná at all!

Here's the deal, Gná's my early favorite. She was a single birth, she's sweet and undemanding, and she does things like grow up into pink clothes and make my life easier.

I foolishly invited the nanny back, in hopes Frigg could rest since she's due to give birth at like 7pm, but she's a bigger waste of space than her dead predecessor.
So, Frigg has four babies to age to toddler, Magni's already shat his pants, and she's gonna give birth in like an hour...
...well, she managed to get one in before this happened.
Toddler Magni! He rolled puffy hair, so I gave him a cuter one and...I only have two pink toddler outfits for boys. So he's stuck being one of the doubled up one, with his more unique skintone.
I briefly contemplated just choosing one baby, since that already means five simultaneous toddlers at some point, but I am ever faithful to the random button.
I have never been happier to see confirmation that a sim was only having one baby!
It's another girl, she's got a slightly deeper than S3 skintone, Fleur's alien eyes, and brown hairs. Her name is Gná.
Back to the quads, Mímir finally gets to age.
Then Sigyn.
And, while Frigg's off to grab Meili, an adult finally interacts with one of them! At least toddlers can follow them around and demand attention. Frigg hasn't slept in three days, and has had a bottomed fun bar the whole time.
OH SURE, FLEUR, YOU ARE BORED. You haven't been on the old baby need satisfaction rotation while in your third trimester. And Helle, the toilet is right behind you!
Meili ages up, finally. Like, FINALLY. That clock displays the game time. Magni aged up not too long after 6pm, and the last quad finally makes it to toddler at 1:25am.

Frigg's finally got some help with the kids, a little late, but it helps. The quads are like, six-eight months older than Gná, tops, when you think about it.
Frigg tried! Sigyn went for an empy, rotten bottle, then ignore the good fresh one to go watch fish!
I promise she had some milk, and didn't immediately go and eat crayons.
...well maybe she did go eat crayons, IDK, but she survived.
I laid down two extra blankets in the kiddie room with the activity table, and an extra in the nursery in a panic after the quads were born, so I had six baby zones.
I only needed five, so we're back down to three in the nursery. Which is better for routing.
Toddler spam is coming in the form of shots of the uncontrollables finally being responsible adults.
I've never had the setup where I had a heavily pregnant sim be the sole caretaker for baby quads, and it's the hardest iteration of multiples I had to do.
On the bright side, the adults were all in relatively good moods and would change diapers and give bottles any time they were asked.
...even if it was something they were afraid of.
But, I have to admit, I was amused that getting the one diaper out of the way meant that Fleur had no problem changing more diapers after that, LOL.
And Thor's an awesome grandpa to ages above infant, too!
I felt a little bad that the popups came, but it's hard to keep track of all the bottle-nibblers! I can't have Frigg call them to meal!
Fleur finally touches an infant again...this may have been the first time she held Gná at all!
And, finally, a nice peaceful moment for the couple to have a little fun! Not fun that could result in more babies...for all of our sanity!
And, in no time at all, Gná has a birthday!
Here's the deal, Gná's my early favorite. She was a single birth, she's sweet and undemanding, and she does things like grow up into pink clothes and make my life easier.
And she's freaking adorable.
Maybe Helle will always favor the youngest in any family?

In a bit of housekeeping, I finally was able to add Gen 6 to the Bork Family Tree. I made some hairs and a nanny outfit default (not that you can tell from the caps, I did it after I played the Borks for awhile and remembered I'd wanted to make it). My resources post was dated in the distant future...of 2020, and livejournal thinks one of the MTS links is spammy, and the post is massively out of date anyway, so I'm gonna let it drop off and hopefully make a new one soonish.
I actually have enough caps for another Bork update, which I will write soonish, and then I'm gonna go play the Laurinces in Uni. I re-read the last update to get up to speed on minutiae, which is good because I apparently need to marry 6 of them off for Triton. I guess I left my game in a weird samey rut, huh?
