Hair Dump: Never Say Die
It's like ~destiny~, I come back from the void, visit GoS, see an old hair that someone says is impossible to Pooklet, and I make more shit!
First up, this is the Wishing Tree request I fulfilled, an old Peggy Hair with tons of curls on the texture.
The back's a little stretched on top (the straight part) because of the mapping, but it looked a lot worse in Bodyshop, so win? I also had to leave the textures at their original state so the filesize is a bit ugh.

All right, this hair was made by qwertysims, converted for Sims 2 by enjoyingmypain, and the mesh then fixed by Simborg. I took my puffy braid texture (cobbled from Tenshii Akari and Pooklet textures) and applied it to this mesh. I wish the mapping allowed for each bit to have equal stretching, but I realize it was made for dreads originally.

Next up, an afro mesh that I don't recall if Trapping made or converted from Sims 3. I took the original texture, blended it with Tenshii Akari's, added some highlights and what not, and ta-da?

This is such an old mesh, each age of the mesh is packaged separately. Blended the original texture with Tenshii Akari's, changed the alpha so it matched up with the alpha for the female version for slaving reasons, and here we go! (This actually looks better with the alpha from the female version, anyway, IMO.)

I remember downloading this hair because I'd seen a retexture and thought I could do better. ...well, I did do a bit better, but it wasn't easy. The mapping on the back of this mesh is awful for stretching vertically, and it's dumb because the texture file has space and there was plenty of room to maybe make two mapped places on the back. However, I don't do meshing, so I shouldn't complain.
