Hi folks,
I've just returned from watching Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Great movie. And Marvin is soo cute. *ggg*
God, that whole affair on the AD/MM board is finally over. At least I hope so. The so-called "mature" people Max and Angharad are... well, I'd call it rather immature if two people who're about more than twice Lies' age jump at her and try to scare the poor girl into breaking up with me. I mean, honestly... if they don't have any real arguments, I really pity them. They shouldn't jump on people like that, but apparently that's a habit with them. Then again, people who don't have any manners won't learn it anyway so why do I care at all.
That whole cat-fight could have easily been avoided. Granted, my reaction was a bit harsh but Angharad practically called for it. And funnily enough, apparently a lot of people are happy that she and Max left the board. *ggg* I mean, if I can't state my opinion anymore without getting lectured about being immature and stuff, I don't know. But I guess it all comes down to acceptance, and I do know that Max has always had a problem with that. I can still remember her "I'm a writer, I've published books"-speech on the board when there was that discussion about what kind of stories people write. That woman seems to have some kind of need for recognition or something like that. I didn't have any contact with Angharad so far, but right now I'm quite happy about that.
Ok, will stop rambling now. Oh, and for the record and I do hope that our "dear Max" will read this - even April didn't say anything about my post, we exchanged pm's, and you can't say that she's biased cause we hadn't talked up to about 2 days ago.
