I Survived!
Hi folks,
yeah, ok, I know that sounds a bit melodramatic, and it is. Today I had my hotel exam which was feared a bit. I can't really tell how I fared, will have to wait for the results which will take ages because the guy is slow. But honestly, that exam was just... very wharg. We had 3 hours in total for business administration, marketing and the legal stuff. Actually that should have been ok, but honestly... I mean,2 hours for a complete market and concurrence analysis for 2 hotels, a staff plan for 2 hotels and discussing different marketing strategies for 2 hotels is just... a damn lot and actually too much for just 2 hours. Then we had another hour for the legal stuff which was actually pretty ok. Problem was just that I used part of that hour for the marketing stuff, so I didn't have a full hour for that. But still. I think I passed, and at the moment I'm at a point where I don't really care about good grades anymore. With the hotel guy it's near impossible to get something better than a 3 anyway, so hey. :-D
In about an hour I'll go and meet some friends. We'll go to the movies, watching "Monster-in-law" and having cocktails afterwards. Will be a nice change from all the studying.*wharg* Plus I won't see these two anymore. They'll start writing their theses, and since they'll do that in some company, they'll leave here. Anyway I guess it will be a nice evening. :-) Will do some shopping before I'll meet them, I think I really deserve some nice new lipstick. :-P
