"Tegoshi-kun, are you okay?" Sayumi popped her head into the bathroom to see what he was doing. When he looked at her, tears were falling from his eyes and he sniffled.
"Tegoshi-kun, what happened!? Why are you crying?" Risa came in also worried.
Tegoshi began to wail. "I'm...s-scared..."
"Scared? Scared of what?" Risa patted his head gently.
Tegoshi wiped his nose with the back of wrist. Sayumi went into one of the bathroom stalls and got some toilet paper. "Here, use this." Sayumi handed Tegoshi the toilet paper and he wiped his eyes and then he blew his nose properly.
"She threatened me..."
Sayumi gasped. "'She'? You mean Reina!?"
Tegoshi nodded. "She told me to...stay away from Kamenashi-kun..."
Sayumi folded her arms. "This is the first time I've heard Reina having such a big fight with another girl over a guy. She's really starting to show out her tsundere personality!"
Tegoshi bit his lip and pushed a stray lock of his long hair behind his ears. "I just don't know what to do now. If I keep getting closer to him, Reina-chan will kill me...!"
Risa thought for a moment. "Think it this way, Tegoshi-kun. You're in the World Cup right now with your team at the finals against another foreign team. It's tied at 2 points and there are 3 minutes left of the game. Would you give up then?"
Tegoshi looked up. "No..."
"Or you're in one of your concerts and it's almost the end of the encore. You get dizzy all of a sudden and start hallucinating. Would you give up then?"
Tegoshi shook his head and balled up one of his fists."No, I wouldn't do that..."
"Then that's how you're supposed to be like towards Kamenashi-kun! You mustn't give up!" Risa explained.
"Gaki-san's right," Sayumi agreed. "You still love him, right? Plus you want to be your real self again, right?"
Tegoshi nodded. "Very much."
"Then what will you do?" Risa and Sayumi harmonized.
"I won't lose to Reina-chan!!" Tegoshi smiled with confidence.
Risa cheered. "Now that's the Tegoshi-kun we know and love!"
Sayumi put a thumbs up. "Go get your man and good luck!"
Tegoshi took a deep breath and walked out of the bathroom to look for Kame.
Tegoshi looked around outside trying to find Kame until a certain voice called him out. "Yuko-chan!"
Tegoshi turned around and it was indeed Kame. His cheeks turned pink. "Kamenashi-kun!"
Kame kicked a small pebble and fidgeted. "Umm...can I talk you for a sec?"
Tegoshi used his girlish charm by batting his eyes. "Sure."
"Actually, um," Kame grabbed Tegoshi's wrist. "Can we do this in private?" Kame ran with Tegoshi towards the back of the bathroom stalls so nobody could see them. Unfortunately, a certain someone was watching them...in envy...
"So, what's up?" Tegoshi bounced on the balls of his feet with a curious face.
"I want to try an experiment on you..." Kame looked at him with red cheeks.
"E-Experiment? What kind?"
Kame sighed. "You see, there's someone I like. And the thing is, he's a guy and he umm...sort of resembles you..." His face turned completely red.
Tegoshi's eyes widened. If it's me, then holy fuck! "Is it that Tegoshi-kun from NEWS?"
Kame held in a squeal and crawled up into a ball on the ground. "How did you figure that out!?"
Holy fuck! It really is me!! Ignoring his moment of surprise, he covered it up with a smirk. "You said I look liked him for a sec when we first met, did you not?"
Kame clicked his tongue and got up. "Someone's got good memory skills," Kame threaded his fingers through his hair. "But yeah, you're right, I like Tegoshi, which means I'm not the super-perfect pop idol that likes women and nothing but them that you think I am."
"I don't mind that, I think it's totally fine to like the same sex," Tegoshi replied. "I mean, as long as you have feelings of love towards that special someone, that's all that matters, right?"
Kame smiled. "Right. So, can I, um, pretend your Tegoshi for a moment, 'kay?"
Tegoshi nodded. It was easy for him to himself. He cleared his throat to make it his normal voice. "Alrighty then, I'm Tegoshi Yuya at the moment."
"Okay, um, Tegoshi, there's something I have to tell you," Kame paused for a moment and took a deep breath. "You wanna...go out sometime? 'Cause I really like yo--"
"FREEZE!!" A booming voice stopped them. Reina appeared from the back door of the bathroom stalls. "I heard everything! Didn't I just tell you ten minutes ago to stay away from Kamenashi-kun!?" She yelled at Tegoshi.
Kame was confused. "What the heck is going on here...?"
"But he was the one approached me!" Tegoshi backfired.
"Oh, enough with those bad lies! Now back off before I really hurt you!" Reina shoved Tegoshi took the ground.
When Tegoshi landed on his cute little bottom, his manly instinct kicked into him and was in for the fight. "Oh, it's on, girlfriend." Tegoshi cracked his knuckles and smacked Reina across the face.
The fight got rougher and started to move back into the party. But, since Reina and Tegoshi didn't where they were going (since they were really into their cat fight at the moment), they fell into the pool without noticing.
Even though their fight was now underwater, they continued. Reina got a grab of Tegoshi's neck and squeezed, slightly digging her manicured nails into his creamy skin. He started to choke and Reina thought she won. But, before Tegoshi lost consciousness, he got a hold of the tie holding Reina's tankini top. He gave it a tug and it came loose.
Reina submerged from the water and covered her chest so nobody would see her exposed. She shrieked in embarrassment. "You goddamn bitch! I'm leaving!!" She got out of the pool and left the party. Risa and Sayumi followed after her shortly.
A few seconds later, Tegoshi's unmoving body floated to the surface of the water and the members of NEWS gasped. Massu ran towards the pool. "Leave this to me!" He dived beautifully into the water and scooped up his friend. He was about to perform CPR on him until he looked around at his fellow members and the KAT-TUN members. Looks like I gotta do this in private! Massu rushed to the back of the bathroom stalls.
"Mmm..." Tegoshi moaned and his eyelids fluttered slowly. "Ma...ssu...?" He spoke hoarsely and coughed up any extra water left in him.
"You okay, Tegoshi?" Massu asked him in a tone of worry.
Tegoshi rubbed his head and lifted himself up. "I think so...hmm?" He pulled lightly on his hair. "Wait a sec, my hair's shorter!" Tegoshi darted his eyes at Massu. "Did you just kiss me!?"
Massu had a guilty expression. "Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation..."
Tegoshi facepalmed. "Shit! That was my second chance!"
"I'm really sorry, Tegoshi. But you were unconscious and it was the only way to save you..."
Tegoshi shook his head. "It's okay, Massu, no need to feel like it's all your fault. Like you said, it was the only way to save me. Did Reina-chan leave?"
Massu nodded. "So did all the others. Just when I took you back here, they said they heard thunder so they all went back home. More importantly, we should too because it's about to rain any second and I bet you wanna get out of that thing, don't you?" Massu pointed at Tegoshi's bikini that was hugging his body tightly.
Tegoshi flushed. "Good point. You got some extra clothes I can slip on before we leave?"
(God, I make Reina sound so hostile in this fic... O_O;;)
Aaaaaaand, I'm back again after less than a month! xDDD *shot*
Things are getting pretty busy around here for me. I have my last final tomorrow (took two already, one today and one yesterday), my second driving lesson tomorrow (Friday's my last and then I might get my learner's permit), and on top of that, I'm going to Japan this upcoming Monday so I'm just busy, busy, busy!! >_<;;
Although this is sudden, the next chapter is the final chapter! Since I'm leaving for Japan in six days, I wanna finish this before I go on my big trip to the other side of this planet! See ya in the final installment! ;D
