... watched Hairspray. It was my own stubbornness that prevented me from watching it before, really. It's mainly because whenever I thought of the movie, I'd just get angry, because of that night when sister #2 suggested we watch it. All three sisters were supposed to watch together, but sister #1 was busy for a while. We other two decided not to watch anymore, and went ahead to doing other things, I moved to my computer, and the other sister moved to watching something else (I think a TV show).
But then sister #1 suddenly came in and stared at us funny saying, "I thought we were watching Hairspray!" And she goes on to get mad at us for not setting it up yet.
"I thought you were busy!"
And so, as she goes back to her room, we start getting up to get it ready and all (though I had to shut down, sister #2 had to do something else for a split second).
In the end, we looked for the DVD and couldn't find it... Minutes later, Good Morning Baltimore starts playing from Sister #1's room. We were so annoyed, because we were going to watch with her, after all! I mean... I guess we just misheard her or something when she said that she was doing something, so why did she have to go all pissy, and then steal the movie to watch by herself?
-____-;;; I know on paper it sounds really stupid, but the tone of voices that day and all... I'd never been able to pick up Hairspray again because I kept thinking of that, and it was only recently that Sister #2 asked me if I wanted to watch, and I actually said yes (but I had a game date with
kristiann I think so it didn't happen...)
Also, the two of us younger sisters have never invited her to watch shows/movies with us ever again, and neither has she ever asked us to watch with her ever again. Unless at the cinema.
ANYway~
All in all... the movie was good. It wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be, but it was enjoyable enough, and with a good message ^_^
I kept saying through the movie, "I want [actor] to dance!" And I almost got it every time. hahaha~! I was mostly asking for John Travolta and for Christopher Walken though :P
Oh and
cea_chan, my sister wants to know if she can have the soundtrack from you :P Or are you imeem-ing it?
P.S. I have yet another sad confession to make... I think it's official... I finally have a crush on Zac Efron -_-
... Not because of the way he looks, mind you! (I think he looks like an utter dork, really :P though his pretty blue Frodo eyes are really distracting...) It's because of the DANCING...! T_T I can watch You Can't Stop the Beat at the part where he joins in again and again and again...! And even Ladies' Choice...! He looks like he's really enjoying what he's doing. And also, I think it's because I prefer the Link Larkin look to the Troy Bolton look... Which is sad because the Troy Bolton look is his real face...
Though why does he always have to have a weird emoting song/singing part?! That... frame... that... GEh...! >_>
P.S.2 He's still third place in the HSM cast crush list though... Lucas and Corbin still beat him. But the problem with Zac is that he makes me giggle. His facial expressions are killer >_> (You guys have to see the rehearsal cam for You are the Music in Me) I wonder if he really will be moving on to that other movie like I hope.
