Actual schedule:

Breakfast: 15g special k, 60cal, 0.3g fat
                  50ml skim milk, 19cal, 0.2g fat

Lunch: 1 box sushi, 153cal, 2.5g fat
            medio black americano - 1cal

Dinner: 1.5tbsp salsa, 50cal, 2g fat
             2 slices white nimble toast, 98cal, 0.8g fat
             1 slice ham, 37cal, 1g fat
             3 strawberries, 18cal, 0.2gfat
             1 slice pink grapefruit, 32cal, 0.1g fat
             50g fat-free yogurt with splenda, 27cal

TOTAL : 495cal, 7.2g fat

Haha I actually did better than I planned by nearly 100cal. \(^o^)/
