Breakfast: 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 potato, 3 pieces of chicken - 250 cal, 5g fat
1 cup white tea

Lunch: Vegetable soup, 50 calories, 1g fat

Dinner: Two homebake coffee/strawberry muffins, 354 cal total, 4.2g fat total
Special k, 100cal, 0.5g fat

+two cans diet coke, 2cal

TOTAL: 756 calories, 10.7g fat

Win! I'm really pleased to stick below 800 for a day. The vegetable soup was actually my own creation. I made 1/2 pint of chicken stock with an OXO cube and boiled one pink fir potato (diced), one carrot (chopped up), about two leaves of spring greens, rolled up and julienned, one small shallot, and a stick of chopped celery, and added 1/4tsp cayenne pepper. Came out very spicy and COMPLETELY delicious, christ. I'm having it again tomorrow o:

The muffins were also my own creations. Tomorrow I'll decorate some and post the recipe to sciencecake. Suffice to say it was made with mostly yogurt and had all of 2.1g fat per muffin. <3

In addition, I did both my cardio workouts (this and this) through, and walked stiffly to the store and back (about a mile all told) to get baking supplies.
