overnight csm
So the position is open. I applied for it today. Not sure if I will get it though, it all depends on my competition.
A lot of stuff happened today, some of which made me extremely mad.
Well, it started around one in the morning. I was talking to dustin (who was off the clock) when Starla and her sister came into the store. Starla was also off the clock but the interesting part was the fact that she had a stun gun. Her sister ran up behind Dustin to shock him..and he threatened to beat her if she did.
They then ran about the store with the stun gun, stunning associates for a big laugh.
This was wrong on so many levels.
First off, who the hell brings in a weapon into a store? If a customer had done this, waving a stun gun around, they would have had the cops called on them. This was no concealed weapon either, she was walking around, laughing with it in her hands. I could hear the thing go off from my register.
What's worse is the manager, darrel, knew about it. He did nothing about it though. When susan asked why he said "no one complained about it,".
So, I suppose it's best to wait for a complaint or something bad to happen before one needs to take action? I mean come on.
It pissed me off a great deal. Here I am, the person who was bitched at for months for two different hair colors (natural ones at that) and my CSM is coming up here off the clock with a weapon. With all the bullshit I see going on at this store, this tops the list.
I truely wanted to call the district manager on what happened but I won't have too. Two others want to call in the complaint and I know full well if I do, I'll get attitude for quite some time on it. I get enough attitude as it is.
On a side note, Lip humped Honey. Terry caught him in the act..so now he's locked up. So is honey as she's on a bitchfest with everyone else. I don't quite understand it though. Cracker is much older than honey is..and never showed any signs of hitting maturity. Lip also seems a bit young but..ah well. He's got a appointment for tuesday to get snipped.
