What A Scare

I  awakened by N at 4:50 this morning rushing out of bed because he was now an hour late for getting up. Before heading downstairs he says his throat feels like he's got an egg lodged in it. When he was downstairs I can hear him hacking up. Next  thing I know he's calling me saying he's spitting up blood

my husband and i are having great success quitting with a medication called chantix. its so awesome, i have been a heavy smoker for 18 years, and im almost to the point where im done. if youre not familiar w/anything about chantix or have any questions about it feel free to contact me. this medication is a godsend, we never thought we could quit. good luck, hope all is well.

Word of caution with chantix

Also tell your doctor about any history of depression or other mental health problems before taking CHANTIX, as these symptoms may worsen while taking CHANTIX.

This was the case with my mom, she started have suicidal thoughts after starting it.

So scary- I hope its okay. My father is a serious smoker and didn't even quit after requiring more than one surgery years ago to essentially remove his lung, clean it and put it back- he suffered immensely with that surgery but yet he still chain smokes.
