And this fanfic, I actually has make this along time ago. But always failed to finished this..
I really want make fanfic which Chinen is a deliquent. I really want his
kakkoi side in my story. I can’t make action scene (Like Mely-chan
did).. so, this is it.
I will tell you all the background first,
because i want this not became long story. I want this only 3 or 5
chapter.. let’s begin!
Full of the bad words, so don’t try to followed Chinen attitude in this story..^^

Chinen Yuri and Yamada Ryosuke is a student who came from the same university. No, they didn’t know each other while studying at university. Until Ryosuke graduated and managed to become a doctor, he never spoke with Chinen Yuri. Ryosuke know a lot of student at this college chose to become a deliquent they proud being cool that way. But his medical faculty, not allowing their student to consume cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs.
Which that things become Chinen Yuri’s favorite foods. He thought he could not live without that drugs or smoke. They live in different situations, Ryosuke is a smart student who managed to become a doctor in one of the famous hospital, he was dating with the very beautiful daughter of hospital’s owner where he work. Not because he really loved her, not because he wanted a more comfortable position with dating the owner of the hospital’s daugther, but he fell in love with a 6-year-old boy who born from his girlfriend’s first marriage.
While Chinen is a person who hates his own life (you know I'm wrong, this is a fanfic ~), he chose to not pay attention to himself or even other people's views on him. He lives happily with the drug as his true friend. In a very dark hole, alone..
Their first meeting happened when Chinen finally overdose from his drug.. He was taken to the hospital in his most critical condition. No one imagined that he would remain alive after that incident. But that new young doctor got impressed everyone. He saved that guy who actually never want to stay alive ..

Well, go to nightclubs and get drunk until morning when you knows you have an appointment with your doctor in the next day is not quite right. It will made everyone in the hospital looked at you with strange, because you can’t walk upright and straight, but you will staggered to the right and your eyes red.
"Fuck!"
"Forgive me, but words like that are not good to saying in here.." Chinen turned his red eyes and met with that beautiful brown ones.
“Oh, but I think this hospital haven’t a rule like when I still in high school..”

Chinen was surprised, when his shoulder being pushed to the cold wall, hard. Before he can say his cursed word, Yamada pulled his hand and brought him to the toilet, go to one of the stall in there and lock the door.
“ Now, tell me who's an idiot?” Yamada held Chinen’s hands above his head and pressed his wrist hands againts the wall.
“Aahh .. ahh .. The idiot is who put trash can in there! Make me kicked that stupid thing and unconsciously spat the word which my beloved boyfriend hate it..”
“ Now, tell me why you've got this red eyes and your mouth smelled like that disgusting alcohol? I hate your smell now, Yuri .. Look, I can’t sniff your trully scent..” Yamada kiss Chinen’s neck and nuzzle at that neck.

“No, answer me!” This time he pulled Chinen’s hair and tilted his head back to provide a more space for Yamada to kiss Chinen’s neck.
“Look, I have an appointment with Yuto. You can fucked me this night if you want to. Just come to my apartment. This already two weeks you didn’t come .. Ryosuke .." Chinen pouted his lips.

"Yes, are you remember? Before I leave this hospital. I have to checks all my organs inside my body. Last night he called me, his sound like a man who was already at 40 years old .." they both laughed.

"When I heard his voice, I suddenly felt lonely. So, I agree my friends call who invite me to the club.."
"You should have to called me! Not even choose to drunk with those idiots!" Yamada get up from his knee, he was standing and towering at Chinen's face with his full of anger eyes.

"He's not my child, and I haven’t even married with Shida If you want me to break up with her, I'll do it ..!"

"Take this.. I'll fast." Chinen handed his car keys and ran out of the toilet to doctor's Yuto’s office.

"Chinen, I think I and Yamada has said it clearly to you. Don’t smoke, drunk or get high, again!"
"I'm sorry. It's all Ryosuke’s fault, he makes me feel lonely .." Yuto just sighed. He then shoved the big envelope at Chinen. And then he just silent stared at Chinen’s face from his seat across the table with consent like Chinen is a type of alien.
"You will not understand what’s thing in the envelope.." Chinen peered into the envelope, in which there are photographs of his organs.
"This is a picture of my lungs, heart, and my liver.."
"Yes, that is your organs. But you want to know about your exam results, right? That all photo tell that you should stop your habit of getting drunk and smoke, and that is final."

"And, I should say something to your parents. I know you wouldn’t let me, but I'm still going to talk to them .."
"Fuck .." Chinen bit his lip. His tears almost flowed.
"Do not tell Ryosuke .."
"Chinen .."
"My parents will not do anything. So, if you are hoping they will come and take care of me, you are wrong .. No need to waste your time talk to them. Just tell me, what my illness, now!"
"I still have to talk to them, first."
"Whatever .." Chinen stood from his chair and walked out of Yuto’s room without see or say goodbye to him. When he arrived in the parking lot, Yamada not in there in his car.
"He really an idiot .." he muttered, when he knew his car door was unlocked with the keys lying on the dash board.
"Shit, I hate this fucking day was suck!" He threw the envelope from Yuto under the back seat. And tearing a pack of cigarettes which he keeps in the drawer of his dashboard.
"Watch your mouth, little one..." Yamada suddenly emerged from a door across the driver's seat. He took the cigarette from Chinen hands before it touching that little guy’s lips and then carelessly threw it out of the car. Yamada move fast before Chinen yelling a bad words at him, he placed his lips on that beautiful red lips.
Their lips were locked as Yamada opened his jaw and forcibly pushed his tongue into the heated mouth. That hot muscle slid againts one another as they both grunted and moaned. Chinen rolled his tongue and tried to take control, but to no avail Yamada seemed too hungry to feel his mouth. A few sucks and bites later they released that sloppy kisses and stared at each other, breathlessly.
"Where are you from?"
“We have a patient, he was get over dose.. " Yamada’s eyes silently peered at Chinen’s face reaction.
"Are you going to always do that things in vain? You should start to thinking the benefit if you save the patient. Fuck, what you would dating all the patient who wanted to die and haven’t an purpose in their life?"
Yamada’s strong hand suddenly grabed Chinen’s chin. Make that younger man’s head crashed againts a car window with hard. The sound effect tell that it seemed hurt him..
"Argh!" the dizziness from his drunk state hasn’t gone and now his head just get more hurt.

"Ah, no Yuri, Gomen .." Yamada quickly get off from Chinen, he pulled his hand from Chinen;s chin and stroked his face.

"Mommy! Hurry Up! I want to see Ryoue ..!!" a pitched voice from a child in that parking lot, distracted Yamada. He sees through the back window car if Shida’s cars had parked behind Chinen’s car. Shida is his another lover.
“GET OUT YOUR ASS! FUCK YOU ARE PHEDOPHILE!” Chinen cruelly kicked out Yamada off of his car and shut the door loudly. Before Yamada could react to that situation what just happened, Chinen’s car had sped away leaving the parking lot.
"RYOUEEEEE!!!!" a little kid who yell happily earlier, running to the shocked Yamada, who was still sitting, on the ground.
"Ryosuke? What are you doing in there? Whose car is it?"
"One of my patient.. He stole my wallet.."
"What? We have to report to the police!"

“Ryoue, you will come to my recital this evening? You must come.."
"WHAT?!" Yamada eyes widened, he throwed his surprised look to the child who was hugging his shoulders and then at Shida who just smiled.
"Ryota will be a master at their school concert tonight."

"Father? "Yamada threw his second puzzled look at Shida.
“RYOUE! Say to me you'll come, I promise to play nice!" Yamada smiled and rubbed that kid’s head.

"Chinen! HEY!" Ryutaro held Chinen’s head and locked his eyes with Chinen’s teary eyes.

"Why Ryota tells his friend if I'm his father. You must have said something to him .." Yamada sitting next Shida, they both wore their well suit dress. He waved his hand at Ryota on stage with a forced smile.

Chinen sat lazily on the couch, his eyes never left his cell phone on the table.
He hates to wait..
“Damn! I do not care anymore! I'm going to sleep!” He walked to the refrigerator to retrieve a can of beer and sat down again on the sofa.
“Because his ignorance, I almost going to the club again this night! Is he so stupid?! Damn! That he opened the can and drank it off.
“I'll get drunk tonight ..” he smiled at the empty cans in his hands and stand up from his couch again, intending to take the new cans of beer. But all of a sudden he feels a radiating pain in his chest, lungs or heart he does not know. It hurts like there is a big hammer hit his chest..
“Ugh..” his whole body suddenly feel numb. He coughed, like is the afternoon at his college. His trembling hands clutching his chest hard.
“Ahhh.. ahhh.. hurt.. hurt..” he rolled on the floor, tears flowing.

This time the blood out from his mouth..
His breathing stopped, he thought his heart was also stopped..

“where you going? The concert has not been completed?! Ryosuke?”
“I will talk to Ryota, later. I have got a call from the hospital. They tell me about my patient. I feel bad about that.. I have to go..”

“I will fix it, I must go, Shida. Please..” Yamada forcibly pulled his hand from Shida. And ran with full speed into his car. As he drove he pulled out his phone and called Chinen. He not get answered..
“ what happened?” he turned the car quickly.

When he arrived at the apartment parking lot, he did not park his car. Leaving the engine stay turn on, he ran to where Chinen’s room. Opening the door as assumed by Yamada, not locked. “YURI!” his heart almost stopped beating. He fell to his knees beside Chinen’s body which lying on the floor. Expertly, check his lover heartbeat.
He still feel it, although weak..
Blood everywhere, but being a doctor it was normal scene for him. His eyes saw the envelope lying carelessly ontop kitchen counter. While he carried Chinen, he bring the envelope with biting it on his mouth and ran to his car.

He can’t see it..
He took the flashlight from the dashboard, turn on all the lights in his car. He pinned that photo on the steering wheel of his car. This time his heart actually stopped. His eyes widened, and tears flowed from that beautiful eyes..
“Fuck..” for the first time, he said that words which he hated the most..

"Shit, I hate this fucking day was suck!" He threw the envelope from Yuto under the back seat. And tearing a pack of cigarettes which he keeps in the drawer of his dashboard.
"Watch your mouth, little one..." Yamada suddenly emerged from a door across the driver's seat. He took the cigarette from Chinen hands before it touching that little guy’s lips and then carelessly threw it out of the car. Yamada move fast before Chinen yelling a bad words at him, he placed his lips on that beautiful red lips.
Their lips were locked as Yamada opened his jaw and forcibly pushed his tongue into the heated mouth. That hot muscle slid againts one another as they both grunted and moaned. Chinen rolled his tongue and tried to take control, but to no avail Yamada seemed too hungry to feel his mouth. A few sucks and bites later they released that sloppy kisses and stared at each other, breathlessly.
"Where are you from?"
“We have a patient, he was get over dose.. " Yamada’s eyes silently peered at Chinen’s face reaction.
"Are you going to always do that things in vain? You should start to thinking the benefit if you save the patient. Fuck, what you would dating all the patient who wanted to die and haven’t an purpose in their life?"
Yamada’s strong hand suddenly grabed Chinen’s chin. Make that younger man’s head crashed againts a car window with hard. The sound effect tell that it seemed hurt him..
"Argh!" the dizziness from his drunk state hasn’t gone and now his head just get more hurt.
"I'm not going to allow someone who become my patient, died before I was trying to save they.."
"Well, you're really an fucking angel. Get off me! And do not come tonight!"
"Ah, no Yuri, Gomen .." Yamada quickly get off from Chinen, he pulled his hand from Chinen;s chin and stroked his face.
“I just hate when you say, you haven’t the purpose in your live..”
"Mommy! Hurry Up! I want to see Ryoue ..!!" a pitched voice from a child in that parking lot, distracted Yamada. He sees through the back window car if Shida’s cars had parked behind Chinen’s car. Shida is his another lover.
“GET OUT YOUR ASS! FUCK YOU ARE PHEDOPHILE!” Chinen cruelly kicked out Yamada off of his car and shut the door loudly. Before Yamada could react to that situation what just happened, Chinen’s car had sped away leaving the parking lot.
"RYOUEEEEE!!!!" a little kid who yell happily earlier, running to the shocked Yamada, who was still sitting, on the ground.
"Ryosuke? What are you doing in there? Whose car is it?"
"One of my patient.. He stole my wallet.."
"What? We have to report to the police!"
"No, you needn’t to do that. Anyway, I'll do it later .."
“Ryoue, you will come to my recital this evening? You must come.."
"WHAT?!" Yamada eyes widened, he throwed his surprised look to the child who was hugging his shoulders and then at Shida who just smiled.
"Ryota will be a master at their school concert tonight."
“Umm! I have told my friends that my father would come tonight .."
"Father? "Yamada threw his second puzzled look at Shida.
“RYOUE! Say to me you'll come, I promise to play nice!" Yamada smiled and rubbed that kid’s head.
" I know, you're definitely going to play well. I ..” Yamada thought for a moment.
"I'm definitely will come to your recital.."

"Hey .." Chinen stood with his beautiful smirk marked in his face, he was leaning againts a bookcases in the library.
"You know, your face is really messed up. I never thought that you who have almost experienced died and finally dating with doctor Yamada two months ago, still left with that idiots to the club?"
"Shut up, Ryutaro! You want to make that doctors started crying because you're revealing his secrets to the entire campus if he was cheating with me?" Chinen approaching Ryutaro and he hissed angrily.
"You idiot!" After throwing the envelopes into Ryutaro's face, he sat in front of Ryutaro. Almost no one od student sitting in this corner, so actually Chinen’s secret remains safe.
"What is this?”
"My organs examinated results.. just open and see it.. "Chinen took out his cigarette and began to lit it on.
"Hey, this is the library, you know!"
"Just look at that! And tell me what does it mean?" Ryutaro pulled that black plastick like paper from the envelope and then fell silent.
"What is this? The new cell to destroyed the world?"
"That's my liver and my heart, you idiot!"
"I do not understand, why don’t you ask about this to your boyfriend? I am an architect student, not a doctor!” Chinen’s eyes fell on Ryutaro paper.
"Ryutaro, I hear you will graduate this year you are even two years younger than me, how can you want to graduate this year??"
" Sure I can, you are the one who aren’t willing to graduate, so you will die in this campus!"
"Dead .. " Chinen sucked his cigarette. He exhaled a thick smoke from his mouth.
"What happened? "Ryutaro began to worry, seeing an unusual melancholy on his friend's face.
"Yuto won’t tell me about my disease.. You know, doctors have ethics in their work. Sometimes they were forbidden to inform his patients if their patient’s disease is too severe or can’t be cured.." Ryutaro looked at the photograph on the table with a gloomy face.

"I will die Ryutaro. . maybe you're right .. " he felt his cell phone vibrated in his pocket. Lazily he saw the text on the screen.

"NO! That kid’s concert which suck!" Chinen said spitting and sucking on his cigarette again. This time he was too strong that make he choked by the smoke in his mouth..
"HEY!" Ryutaro little worried when Chinen coughing, he coughing continuously that isn’t stop instead even harder. That older guy put his one hand on his mouth and the other cluntching his chest, his cigarette fell to the ground. His tears flowed either because of he hurted or surprised..
"Fuck.." he tried to speak.
"Fuck.. Fuck.. Fuck! FUCK!"
"Chinen! HEY!" Ryutaro held Chinen’s head and locked his eyes with Chinen’s teary eyes.
"Nothing happens, you just choke. No blood or anything ... You're fine .." Chinen began to regulate his breathing. He saw his hand, no blood.. yeah..

"Why Ryota tells his friend if I'm his father. You must have said something to him .." Yamada sitting next Shida, they both wore their well suit dress. He waved his hand at Ryota on stage with a forced smile.
"He really liked you, I couldn’t hurt him when he asks if you can become a father .." Shida put his hand on Yamada’s gave a little squeeze.
"After all you will become a father after we got married.." Shida kissed Yamada’s lips. Make that handsome guy, hissed at that sudden kiss.
"Don’t kiss me so suddenly, We Are in public .."
"Oh, come on you Ryosuke, you are too serious.." all the audience started clapping. So they stopped their conversation and join clapping their hand.

Chinen sat lazily on the couch, his eyes never left his cell phone on the table.
He hates to wait..
“Damn! I do not care anymore! I'm going to sleep!” He walked to the refrigerator to retrieve a can of beer and sat down again on the sofa.
“Because his ignorance, I almost going to the club again this night! Is he so stupid?! Damn! That he opened the can and drank it off.
“I'll get drunk tonight ..” he smiled at the empty cans in his hands and stand up from his couch again, intending to take the new cans of beer. But all of a sudden he feels a radiating pain in his chest, lungs or heart he does not know. It hurts like there is a big hammer hit his chest..
“Ugh..” his whole body suddenly feel numb. He coughed, like is the afternoon at his college. His trembling hands clutching his chest hard.
“Ahhh.. ahhh.. hurt.. hurt..” he rolled on the floor, tears flowing.
Cough..
This time the blood out from his mouth..
His breathing stopped, he thought his heart was also stopped..
BLOOD?!
“ARGGGGHHH! AAAAHAHH! Ahh .. ahh..” he rolls his body over to the desk and grabbed his cell phone there in . Quickly he dialed Ryosuke’s number.

‘What is he doing?’ Yamada quickly reject that an incoming call.
“Why he was very impatient, this only 7pm..” he rejected again, when his phone vibrates for the eighth time.
“Who is that? Ryota just glanced at you. He seemed sad that you don’t see at him..”
“This just..” Yamada stared on his phone screen. It's odd, Chinen was never disturbed if he knew Yamada had to be with Shida.
“Ryosuke! Turn off your cell phone!”
“Ah? Okay..”

“No! No! No! Please answer the phone, Ryosuke .. I'm going to die.. Ugggh.. ARRRGHHH! Oh God.. please.. not now.. I was fucking in love with someone.. please.. don’t let me die right now..” he pressed his cell phone again, and this time the voice answering him, a machine. His hands were numb, he threw his cell phone and lay exhausted on the floor. His eyes began to blur, he coughed again, and blood came out even more..

“I must go!” Yamada suddenly stood up from his chair. He had hung up his phone, but his heart continued to beat with unusual speeds, it make his feel not comfortable.
“where you going? The concert has not been completed?! Ryosuke?”
“I will talk to Ryota, later. I have got a call from the hospital. They tell me about my patient. I feel bad about that.. I have to go..”
“But Ryota will be very disappointed..”
“I will fix it, I must go, Shida. Please..” Yamada forcibly pulled his hand from Shida. And ran with full speed into his car. As he drove he pulled out his phone and called Chinen. He not get answered..
“ what happened?” he turned the car quickly.

When he arrived at the apartment parking lot, he did not park his car. Leaving the engine stay turn on, he ran to where Chinen’s room. Opening the door as assumed by Yamada, not locked. “YURI!” his heart almost stopped beating. He fell to his knees beside Chinen’s body which lying on the floor. Expertly, check his lover heartbeat.
He still feel it, although weak..
Blood everywhere, but being a doctor it was normal scene for him. His eyes saw the envelope lying carelessly ontop kitchen counter. While he carried Chinen, he bring the envelope with biting it on his mouth and ran to his car.
“Yuri?” Yamada kissed Chinen’s lips, hoping his boyfriend will wake up because of it. Don’t get a reaction, he drove out of from the parking lot. His hands released that photographs result from the envelope and saw the pictures.
He can’t see it..
He took the flashlight from the dashboard, turn on all the lights in his car. He pinned that photo on the steering wheel of his car. This time his heart actually stopped. His eyes widened, and tears flowed from that beautiful eyes..
“Fuck..” for the first time, he said that words which he hated the most..
