Welp, that didn't last long
Looking back at my latest entry from early 2020 when I talked about JCD and Kanjani8, many things surely have changed since then.
First and foremost, I lost interest in Kanjani8. It was when Ryo suddenly left the agency, without any words or parting performance, he just left. Even before that there was already a rumor circulating that he will leave the agency but as a fan, I refuse to believe it, but then it came true.
After Ryo left, I lost all interest in Kanjani8, and not only Kanjani but to the other Jyanisu as well. I thought maybe it's actually because of Ryo that I like Jyanisu so when he left, I don't like them anymore. But, I don't really follow Ryo either after he started going solo.
It took a while, but now I realized that the main reason I love group more than solo artist is because I love seeing the friendship and dynamic between the people in the group, so when Jyanisu's groups keep breaking my heart with its members leaving the agency (hello KATTUN, NEWS, HSJ, Kanjani8), I find it difficult to support them anymore.
That being said, I truly admire people who choose to stick with the group even when the members are leaving. You guys are amazing!
I have to bid farewell for now to Jyanisu. Maybe I'll fall for them again in the future, who knows. As for me, right now, my happy place is with LDH.
