Someone sent me a pm with a question about X-Factor. I replied in detail, but my pm bounced off their privacy settings. I tried to reply via a comment on their journal, but I had been banned.
I honestly don't remember ever talking to this person before, but in the future I should hope that we all remember that communication is a two way street. It doesn't work unless both parties are open to it.
