So to follow up the Chinese feast we had for dinner last night and the leftover Lo Mein I had for breakfast, the guys and I took advantage of our fallen comrade today (out with his wife, who works as the receptionist on Fridays) and drove up to Byerly's for some lunch sushi.

We had two visitors last night, one expected (Young Master L) and one unexpected (Mme R-), for our sushi-making. It went pretty well for not having done it in quite some time, and I will definitely revisit the flavor combination of lime zest and cilantro.
