A while back I treated myself to some tart tins. I had made "gingerbread" following the PostPunk Kitchen recipe, but it turned out tasting more like Anna's biscuits - my FAVOURITE from Ikea. Not quite as good, but I just need to tweak the amount of spices to get it just right. I used some of the dough to make these tartlets. They were pretty tasty, but would have been better if I'd managed to make an actual 'sauce' around the fruit. Still, they were pretty!
