On Monday Night we had a brief meeting to outline our goals for the rest of this semester into next semester. It went well. We plan to heavily advertise for next week’s meeting in hope that we can get a few more people to help us with our day of activism! We plan to take a day in early December and promote activism on campus and actually do something on campus with a message. For more details, please come to the next meeting or drop us a line!!! We scheduled the meeting during the free period in hope that more people will be able to attend. It is WEDNESDAY, November 16th at 12:30! It will be in the student union (The room # is still TBA). Sarah and I are going to work on making catchy flyers, but we will need help getting them around campus… Can anyone help by putting them in the dorms? - Also- VDAY is looking to become an institutionally recognized organization and is looking for people to help out with it. Please get in touch with me if you are interested! I will be helping the lovely ladies of VDAY out with that. - Lastly, WE ARE LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK!!! RIC has finally decided to give us e-mail address through the college and so, we need to pick a name! As of now our e-mail address is WMST_ORG@yahoo.com. Should we want to make it WMST_ORG@so.ric.edu or can we think of something better?? Let us know because we need to submit our decision!! That’s it for now- Nichole
