lots to do!
Hey there!
The month of October brought us a lot of events and networking opportunites around RIC and the Rhode Island community which has kept us busy! We have also had a couple of great meetings (RI Pro-Choice Coalition, RIC SCG Roundtable meetings, etc.) during the past couple of weeks andso we have a lot of information to spread to everyone about them!! We also want to get started with some ideas for the Burma Shave together! We are very excited to finally promote some feminist activism on campus and hope that more people want to be a part of it!
We are going to have a much needed meeting tomorrow night, MONDAY 11/7, on the third floor in the Student Union. It will be a brief meeting with an overview of what we need to do and details of what we have been doing and most importantly planning a larger meeting focusing in the Burma Shave planning.
We hope you can make it - However due to the poor time and late notice, it is totally understandable if you can't, just look out for the next meeting which we are hoping will be at a more convenient time and highly advertised for.
