Song of the day
I once listened to nothing but the album this song is from for a 3 1/2 hour bus trip from Boston, MA to Burlington, VT. I have no actual memory of why, except that for some reason it was better than all the other options. Despite that, I don't hate this song. It popped into my head when trying to name the next chapter of Double Bluff (parts of lyrics do this often, and then I go looking for what song the lyric is from, as I did for this one).
After going to youtube and checking out the video that goes with this song? I love it EVEN MORE. The video is sheer understated brilliance. If you can't tell why (beyond the delight of the actual performance itself) read THIS.
Additionally, my favorite Due South vid ever is to this song. You can find that over HERE. Oh Due South. I still adore you.
