im working out on a sick level its been two weeks now and every day the same thing 50 crunches 20 sit ups 40 pushups, and every othere day i do 20 reps with 20 pounds for my biseps, then 10 reps with 20 pounds for my triseps, then i do another work out of 20 reps for my triseps, then with 10 pounds i do 20 reps for my triseps, 10 reps for my sholders and chest and every week i up the weight or times i do it. oh and i do this 2 times a day so you can go ahead and dubble all the numbers. i would like to join a gym to work out all the mussels i cant do with free weights..... its good tho it keeps fit and i can see the change in my arms and in my abs, also it keeps me entertaned while i wait for nicole i miss her so much. one day i will have my car back and o man what a day.... whos coming with me i wanna go and drive some were far maybe that mall hmmmmmm.............
