so far so good
So I'm here. The other side of the world. The toilets flush straight down, sorry to disappoint, no opposite swirling of the water. I haven't seen any koalas or kangaroos yet, but hopefully soon. I'm super tired and trying my best to stay awake until tonight so I can get on the proper schedule here. My flights were long, but pretty uneventful. I'm pretty sure I walked right past Ben Affleck in the LA airport, but I'm really not sure. OH! I saw Jeanne Elkins, my dance instructor from Berry in the LA airport! how random is that?? I'm living in a kind of dorm with 23 other girls on my side of the building. So far so good though. I didn't have a bed my first night so I slept on the couch, but I've never slept so good, I was SOO ridiculously tired and dizzy. I met so many people last night but I don't hardly remember any of them. It's a free train ride into the city so me and three other girls rode into Perth to get some things (I didn't bring a towel or a pillow) and I got a phone card for pretty cheap. Ummm, nothing else very interesting going on yet. The actual DTS starts tomorrow night (sunday).
