The answer to that is a big fat yes!!!

I waitress as part of my job at a B-n-B and there is nothing more disruptive than hearing someone's cellphone go off constantly in a small dining room. I hate it when people are on their mobile phones when I am serving them at work...I think it's really rude now.... totally agree with you~!

and people who seem to think its totally fine to play crap music on their phones on a bus so that everyone has to listen to it and its loud enough to wake a little dude. grrrr. they are called headphones peoples.

I thought the point of having head phones was so that the music was limited just to the one person. It was actually loud enough to wake up your little dude? That is rude. On the bright side, they'll probably go deaf soon. Damn, that sounded pretty harsh. I think I need some chocolate...
