Soooo, a question to you BSGers on my f-list
The boy got me the DVD set of the first season of BSG, and the spouse and I sat down to watch the opener miniseries.
There are some nice small moments in it. But, ummm, overall, our impression was that it was slow and in need of serious editing. So slow, in fact, that at one point, while they were couting of seconds for a jump to light speed, we turned on the on-screen timer and discovered that they were couting seconds SLOWER than real-time. Gah!
Does it - how shall I phrase this? - get better?
