LEEEEeeeeeeEEEEE -- on tape!
Okay, I finally had time this afternoon to play around with my soundcard and figure out how to hook up my cassette player to the computer, in order to bring you a bit of the introduction to the audiobook Touching Spirit Bear as read by our man Lee Tergesen. Wow, that was a long sentence.
It's an MP3, but please be aware we're going from tape to digital, which means the quality isn't fantastic. It is in stereo though, which it wasn't when I first started. *shrug* I figured it out.
It's a little over 5 megs. Thanks to scissorknot, I uploaded it to a site where you can simply press play without having to download it, in case you just want to hear the little bit of him reading. Of course you also have the option of downloading it too. Oh, and if you're running Firefox, you might want to switch to IE to listen online. I can't seem to get Firefox to work with it, while IE is fine.
