She’s writing to Krum.
As jealous fire blazes through him, Ron realizes that his little crush on Hermione is still firmly in place. It may, in fact, have grown. It’s times like these, while hunching over his latest Potions essay with a petulant frown in his forehead and while fighting the urge to tear up the parchment and kiss her thoroughly, that he remembers the way she tucks her hair behind her ears before starting her homework and how warm her eyes are when she smiles at him and blushes.
He leaves before he can yell and upset her again.
