I forgot to mention the other day something about Shammie and bridling *smirks*
Jenny was attempting to bridle her. Sham was having no part of it; moving her head away, moving her head up and down, it was kinda funny actuall. So I took the bridle, while telling Jenny that Sham's bridling issues came from before we got her, which is true. So I took the bridle and Sham immediately started to behave. It made me laugh inside, made me feel REALLY good about my horse being a one-person horse. Jenny made a comment about how the bridle looks too small for her, but I'm convinced that it's because of her winter coat, because it goes on just fine in the summer. Maybe I'll loosen it a hole or something. Anyway, when Jenny made that comment I thought to myself "what, you're commenting on how my bridle looks to small, when YOUR horse is so girthy from a too small girth?" I told Kirsten that since I'm getting a girth extender to work on Smoke's girth issues I'll work on Kissy's girth issues as well. I wouldn't need to though if they'd get a girth one size up, but noooo, they don't want to spend the money to buy a decent bridle (ya, they got Kirstens for $25 and it's obvious just looking at the leather that it's not going to last long... you get what you pay for), so they're not going to spend the money to buy a new girth *rolls eyes* ridiculous.
Anyway, I had to share about Sham and her "bridling issues" hehehe
