Leaves....
I brought a load of leaves home Sunday afternoon and then I brought a huge load of leaves home Monday afternoon. [Loads #5 and #6.]
The homeowner saw me taking his leaves and he cheerfully came over to help load. I wound up with the load of leaves nearly taller than the cab of my truck. This meant that I drove home at a reckless 30 mph or a bit less. I came home the back way since I was driving slowly so that fewer people would be stuck behind me.
I now have a huge stockpile of leaves in my front yard waiting for me to spread them around all my trees and shrubs and another one in my back yard that's even bigger.
Hubby is not impressed by my leaf stockpiles so I'm sure to get a lecture sometime this evening.
