Friday Afternoon was Full....

Of chores I'd have rather ignored, but I went ahead and did them anyway.

I kept the washing machine busy before I left the house. [I had excellent luck finding some lovely dress fabric this week at the Goodwill, so all of it needed a cold water wash. I put my own clothing on to wash just before I left.]

It was.
Saturday was meant to be something of a play day but I woke up too early. I loaded up the washing machine (with an emergency load) and the dish washer, put a bunch of clean dishes up, and then went back to bed!

Hubby rooted me back out at noon to help close up the pool--which is DONE now.

I'm TIRED!

I want my PLAY DAY!

The kitchen got a lick and a promise just now but no kiss.

I have no other plans except to noodle about on the internet for a while--I've done my duty.
