After water aerobics class this morning, I called the library and got the techies to agree upon a time for my serger lesson: Next Wednesday at 3 pm!

I barely managed to get off the phone when somebody else I needed to talk to called: Our insurance agent. I paid that bill over the phone, he promised to send me a receipt in the mail, and that's one

We're up in INDIANA. All we should get is a bunch of rain from this hurricane down on the Gulf of Mexico--provided it doesn't whimper out before it gets up here. Hubby's family is the one we'll be calling to check on in the morning though since they're down there in Bubba Gump country.

Gotta get things done now rather than later. We typically get our first snow of the year between Halloween and Thanksgiving and even though it always melts fairly quickly. The summer temp's don't come back and that means no more window washing until next summer.
