Yay books!
I went into town for the Library Book Sale. Today was the first day for the public and the selection is best (well, Friday night is the best, but you have to be a "Friend of the Library" to attend that night) and there was one specific hardcover I wanted. And I found it! Yay! I went through the rows and didn't see it so found a few paperbacks I was interested in and then decided to do one last look-through of the hardcovers and there it was! So I'll be definitely going back on Tuesday for box day. I was just scoping out what was available. And getting that book. So happy.
Also very happy because lillithj had some books to give away and I gots them. Thank you lillithj! I had read "The Secret History of the Pink Carnation" a year or so ago and really liked it, but the friend who lent it to me couldn't find the other books in the series. But now I have them. Huzzah!
But whew, I really do need to clean to prepare for the book explosion on Tuesday.
