Once again, awake at a a stupid hour. This has happened the last several times I went to bed early. What do you do when going to sleep early means getting less sleep? My body seems to mistake bed before 11 as a nap. If I go to bed at midnight, I can get about 6 hours of sleep. If I go to bed a 9:15, I get 4, because of this, and it means I waste "uptime" when I can't put it to use, and accordingly, am more tired than before the next night.
"Stop going to bed so late," isn't the solution it sounds like. I just wanted some rest.
