Our model didn't show up a few weeks ago so Dan had us exchange portraits. Did an underpainting of Nick in umber. It was pretty good. Meant to get a picture of it but left the camera (and even the dumb phone) in the car. Oops. Nick worked on my portrait last Tuesday (there are problems, how do I count the ways).
