As far as I'm concerned, the biggest threat to marriage right now comes from all the straight people who take it so much for granted that they see no problem with abusing that privilege. When I was in elementary school, my one biggest claim to fame was that I'd spent several summers playing on a soundstage with Big Bird and several of the KCET folks in the yearly pledge drive.
