20 January 2014 Gratitude
1. Job opportunities are finally starting to come through. Just interviews, but it's better than no responses at all.
2. People who give their time to post recipes using few ingredients on the web to help lazy cooks like me.
3. Good conversations with friends. It's just something money can't buy, and helps me gain so much perspective on things.
4. I'm grateful that I was able to help a guy hopefully make amends with his girlfriend. Love is a beautiful thing to be hold indeed. I felt like when Tony Stark gives Agent Colson some relationship advice in The Avengers.
5. I'm grateful for my mom's compliments. They're so infrequent that when I finally do get one, it let's me know I really did something cool. (I finally used the cookware she bought me for Christmas tonight, and sent her a picture. She said my food "looked delish"!)
