1: Positive friends in my life. I appreciate that my current group of friends offer me advice and positivity. I am grateful that after spending time with them, I do not feel stressed but rather energized, relaxed and inspired.

2: I am grateful for those who have taken time to produce content on youtube. I appreciate that tonight when I wanted to find guided meditations, there were plenty readily available. And now, I will be able to listen to calming music as I drift off.

3: I am grateful for the constant sounds of urban living in my apartment. It offers me comfort and a reminder that I am not alone.

4: I am grateful to be able bodied and that tomorrow, if I can get myself to be awake for it, I will be able to start an exercise routine because I have a fully functional body.

5: I am grateful for hot beverages to warm my soul. Nothing is more relaxing than sharing tea, coffee or hot chocolate with some one I care about. It is an activity that I also enjoy at home as a reward for accomplishing things around the house.
