The new food truck is awesome. Go try it out! They are still working out kinks and a little on the slow side (shockingly, preparing each order as it comes in takes time!), but the food is great and they give you a free apple with your food (Tuesday Macouns, today Cortlands).

Did I mention the awesome locally grown free apple?

I had red lentil pancakes for dinner last night! ( They're incredibly fast and easy; I should remember to make them more often. )
