Power's out at the apartment complex, so over here at my dad's.

Today's really sucked.

I really shouldn't look at the breakdown of what I'm paying for on my Electrical Bill. Seriously, I'm looking at the breakdown and going WTF?!?

The power went out around 4 in the morning. I know because when the bedroom fans turn off, I know the power's out. So I called JEA's power outage on my Cell, only to have the power come back on by the time I reached the phone person. According to her, JEA was "testing things" in the area. Or something like that. Oh-kay. I'm not really awake yet. Power went out at around 1am this morning. I know this because I got awoken from my slumber by the singing of Sephiroth's name because my DVD player turned back on when the power came back on.
