I found it! Yes, all my searching has finally revealed that there are indeed anthro-ferrets in Star Wars! SQUEE! They're called Selonians. The picture from the Ultimate Alien Anthology of the Selonians isn't that great, but I found a much better picture of them in Star Wars Tales #23.
