First of all, you would have thought that I was in the bottom two tonight. My heart started racing. Sanjaya or Lakisha...there could be no comparison. If Lakisha had been kicked off and Sanjaya was still in the competition-I have no idea what I would have done. Finally, all is right in the world.
Praise Allah that this semester is nearly done. It's not a huge comfort, I suppose, since another semester starts like a week and a half later. I've noticed that the only days off in between the semesters will be the day I get my wisdom teeth out and the following day. I sincerely hope that my mouth isn't swollen and unattractive.
I rented Little Miss Sunshine and Casino Royale a few days ago. Contrary to what the enthusiastic assistant store director at Hollywood Video told me, neither was especially good.
I'm getting excited about finishing this degree. The opportunities I will have will be amazing. I could go anywhere, do anything. It's nice to have options.
So Mathew believes that he and Joseph will be getting an apartment together in a few weeks. I don't think that Joseph knows anything about it. Mathew also says that his parents are going to get a lawyer so that he can "get started getting his license back." That would be the day. Every single time he got in the car would be a gamble, since he's literally never sober.
