Six Things
1. Saw Zombie! The Musical at the Fringe Festival. Expectations were low, expectations were exceeded. It was a fun, silly little romp with lots of stage blood. I was there with Mary Cae, whom I dig.
2. Philadelphia's Magic Gardens was pretty much amazing. I'd passed it before, thinking it was just one courtyard. I had no idea about the different rooms and sculptures. I was there with Mary Cae, whom I dig.
3. I drive more carefully now that I have an unsigned marriage certificate in my glove compartment. Preparations for the first of two October weddings are coming along nicely.
4. Friends from NOLA blew through town so we howled laughter and ate and drank for three days. I may visit NOLA in December.
5. Movie Review in 20 words or less: "9" was visually enchanting and quite entertaining for 80 minutes. And then it just sort of . . . ended.
