Updating from West Ohio UMC Conference
Well, This past week was a busy one. Sunday we honored our graduates with a dinner. I was packed and ate and ran and made it to conference at Lakeside,OH in record time. NO I did not speed, haha.
Sunday, I checked out to find the free wi fi here at the cafe. I can plug in here, save the battery for when no plug.
Monday, Worship was awesome. Rev. Julius is inspiring. Love in Action is our theme. Rethink Church. Our Bishop in his episcopal address, asked is the UMC is like the Big 3? Hmmm. Tought Provoking. Are we GM or Toyota United Methodist church?
Perhaps, Collinsmom, Aef- her hubby or cowgirlspaces could ponder hat too. BTW, Cowgirl, our mutual friend here in WOUMC asked how you were. swamp rose is a UMC too...maybe she could ponder that thought too.
Perhaps, any denomination could? Detriotfather? To answer that on Anglican/Episcopal Church? Are they GM...Chrysler or Ford? Are they GM or Toyota?
Well, I feel freshen by the worship, the business is another matter...we debate...ove the silliest things...
Tomorrow is the big day , all the constitutional amendments to vote on...ministry fir that night. The youth challenged the cabinet again to water volleyball and a "dance off" LOL. UMC gratitude dance.
