I want to know the name for the sideways sliding feeling when you could do A, and would rather like to do A, and yet because there's also B through Z and because the obstacle of starting A is so just-slightly-above-your-head, you really end up not doing A. There's no reason to do A, except that it would probably make you happy; but you're happy enough without A. And there's all that B through Z.
You need to come to terms with the fact that unless there's a deadline involved, you're pure useless at doing active things after the sun's gone down. You need to go read or daydream. Those are activities whose starts are low enough to easily boost oneself over.
