my house is a mess...so's my life...
Listen....I've been prepping for these delicious vegan lasagnas I'm making for my colleagues...roasting eggplants and peppers....sauteing wild mushrooms, making marinara...etc...I've been cooking since Saturday, and my kitchen is a total disaster....but man does the house smell great....I'll put the four huge lasagnas together tonight after my final day with the kids...I've been so focused on work stuff lately that I haven't taken any time for myself, but starting Friday it's all about el guapo...hiking, biking, reading....cleaning my fucking house up....my life isn't really that much of a mess, but I need to rest up and recharge...what a year it's been...
