Idea: Take pictures of recipes from the text book, download them to the computer, print them out and then scan as a text document.
Result: Complete failure. Scanned text document turns into a bunch of gibberish and random symbols. Which is a pain because now it's going to be a rather late night of writing reflective papers and hand writing recipe cards(because for some/no real reason we're no longer allowed to copy the recipes out in a reduced form and cut & paste them to a 3x5 note card).
