Dreamwidth

Right, so I got an account at Dreamwidth when my openid was magically transformed into the more normal thing last year. It was more out of curiosity than anything else, since for the past year I've been fannishly dead I generally lurk about and most people crosspost anyway. However I'm considering the pros and cons of getting rid of this journal, since you can read LJ from DW anyway.

My problem is that I'm very ignorant of the process. I tried adding the people I've got friended here on my DW account but it only seemed to add LJ accounts (apart from a couple of DW residents). I'm confused and I feel a bit clueless. I can't spend oodles of time online at the moment, although I will have plenty of time today and tomorrow.

I'm not really bothered about people being able to read my journal, because I only do so much with it. I'd just like to be able to re-create my reading list as it stands now and I can't work out how the access thing works.

Dear flist, could you please link me to some instructions?

ETA: I am Revbiscuit at DW, too. If you are reading this and I haven't found you yet, please add me to your DW list.
