Wow...
It's 6 AM and I've been up since 3:40. On the train home yesterday afternoon I nearly fell asleep standing up for the first time in my life... several times. Fell asleep about 4 PM and pretty much the next thing I knew it was 3:40... so I'm doing laundry now and trying to study a little for my kanji final today, but not really caring about it too much... I'm probably going to fail considering how we went through a ridiculous amount of crap in the book but I never really cared, because I didn't need to and had other work that took my attention. Have my shinkansen tickets, non-reserved seat unfortunately... but that way I was able to buy both the going and returning tickets with my student discount, because there's no specific time specified. Something kind of confuses me though, this ticket says something at the top that indicates that it's limited to Nozomi... but Nozomi doesn't go to Maibara. I'm just going to assume that it works for Hikari and get on that like I planned. Maybe it means the opposite of what it looks like and means you can't use Nozomi, I don't know.
