No, although they're supposedly removed in the warzone. I'm not sure how'd you'd volunteer for being drafted though.

[...What.]

Warzones? The drafts mentioned in the guide still occur, then?

Correct. I can't verify it personally though, so you'd have to ask someone who's been there.

...I suppose I should do so, yes. [Time to add that to the list of things to do. If this is true... well, saying he's happy about this would be a pretty blatant lie.]

[Very few are that happy being here.]

The only other time the limitations were lifted that I can recall is when we had the earthquake.

[It'd be worrisome if that number was any higher, really.]

That would be one way to look at it. [And it's a good point, honestly. It shouldn't be impossible to make up for the limitations with sufficient training.]

You carry your own weakness with you... I suppose you have a reason for doing so? [Perhaps to keep it out of another's hands, or because there are others with the same weakness... Hm. He's kind of curious now.]

Right, to get stronger.

If I only relied on my ability I wouldn't be worthy of my rank, much less higher.

That is true. [That attitude is almost admirable. Almost.]

You mentioned your rank. Would I be correct were I to assume that you are a member of an armed force?
