[Should anyone happen to be within viewing distance of the area close to the western river today, not too far away from the village, they may be treated to an interesting sight - that is, they might just get to witness a geyser of water spontaneously sprouting from the ground beneath a log, blasting it off into the distance.
If one should choose to investigate, they may discover a blue-haired man - a New Feather, more likely than not, as while he isn't dressed in the attire of a new arrival, he is carrying the signature white cotton pants with him - looking into the direction that the log was launched into... though he doesn't seem too pleased. Eventually, he'll open his journal, beginning to write something in rather neat-looking handwriting.]

Concerning the ability limitations in this world... I suppose that nobody has succeeded in finding a way to circumvent them?
