I need to move down to the dirty south
This has been a fun weekend so far. I slept for like 16 hours today ( well maybe not that many) and woke up feeling lazy and refreshed. lol.... My friend Shaun came down to meet tonight while Michelle was at work. Just when I thought I had my skills down, Shaun says that he brought his sleeping bag b/c he didn't want to drive back to Lansing... that was a serious OH SHIT moment. I mean I never told Michelle that he was coming down and then to have her come home and have some dude in the crib... OH YEAH, that would have gone down real well. I would have ended up homeless and really packing my shit to go back to New Jersey.
So we went to Piere's/Cybar Club. I haven't been out to a club like that since I lived in DC. And there were some of the sexiest people in there. God has made some beautiful black women and men.... I can't even explain how good looking some people were tonight...OOHHH... Sorry, I was having a moment... lol
But the main part that I enjoyed was when they finally played southern music. There is something about all the bass and more bass. I mean the east coast has their music but the south.... I love that music. It just tops caribbean/raggae music.
So I've had a pretty good night. I just wish I had this club experience in DC so that me and my girls could have gone to Adam's Morgan to eat some fries from the Diner with my FAVORITE gay man. I really need to get back to DC.
