Ghostbusters on xbox

Heya. My significant other is playing Ghostbusters on xbox, much as the title suggests. Its the demo. In the first part there was a bust along the wall. Behind it was a sort of gold demon emblem. He destroyed the bust and the emblem. However, we have no idea if it was important? Like, was it just there to be there? Do you get something if you destroy twenty of them? Etc.
