Yeah... I don’t think I could be a Buddhist. Writing a paper on the idea of No Permanent Self, co-dependent origination, and Shunyata. But I like having a “self”. The idea of losing my self is scary. We were studying John Stuart Mill in Philosophy a little while ago. I found a lot of truth in what he had to say about liberty. Was watching a program on the evolution of species. It got me thinking about the issue of having kids, of passing on my genes. Not really something I’m inclined to do. But should I?
